It's a water fountain. There's a bunch of other giant plastic things in the same style (animal swings, duck-head see-saw, mouse slide, etc.).
oh cool! Good thing they didn't turn on the fountain while Anna had her head in the lion's mouth. : )
Grandpa took us to one of our favorite places to eat on the canal in Lockport. It hasn't changed one bit in 30 years.
