No longer smoke-free
The entire URMC campus went smoke-free a couple years ago, but it recently created a couple smoking areas. Now people are smoking all over the place. (People were staring at me so all I could get was this out-of-focus shot -- sorry!)
lol! you're so funny. That's total crap too, by the way, that the went smoke-free and then they were all like, ah, nah, let's designate a few areas bc you know people will only abuse that privilege and take it one step further. Idiots.
