I think they talked about it long enough ahead of time that they knew. It was really someone else reading it and them acting it out. And it's a really simple story. She's in a dual language program so half the kids speak Spanish already.
Anna's first school play and I couldn't understand a word of it (Spanish). It was called Nabo Enorme (The Enormous Turnip).
