Thanks, ChrisChaos! We already had raincoats for the two (*sob*), but now I think I might need some more clothes for this little man. They look good on him. And despite having let his hair grow long, he shivers when we go out -- and it's not even that cold here yet! I'm thinking boots, too. I bought some a couple weeks back, but they didn't fit right. He needs those because of the salt more than the cold, though. That's totally practical. ;)
It really is practical. Little dogs like that can get frost bite from too much exposure to the cold. We have to protect that little guy. At least we can do it fashionably.
