I <3 Nerds

Today, Anna asked me to switch lunch boxes with her. She'd forgotten hers at school so I packed hers in Joe's Batman lunchbox, but she said the kids would make fun of her because Batman is a boy thing. I tried to explain that she should like whatever she likes but it's a hard thing for a 6-year-old. In the end, this family is full of nerds who love nerds, and she really can't escape that legacy. She'll be just fine.
