These may be the most perfectly rounded cake layers I have ever made. I actually squealed with excitement when I released them from the pans.


  1. So flat, too! Have you ever tried those bands Wilton makes? Whenever I use them, my cakes come out perfectly -- no doming. But I almost always forget about them until the cakes are already in the oven.
