Sold my first Valentine's Day Cake. I tried a new icing and I experimented with my chocolate cake recipe (added a secret ingredient). Now... we wait for feedback.

One of the good things about the blizzard and my flight being canceled is that I got to celebrate my sister's birthday with her for the first time in a really, really long time. I also made her this chocolate cake.

I arrived at my desk this morning, and I was greeted by this lovely slice of chocolate cake with chocolate caramel swiss buttercream from my co-worker Carl. The perfect way to start a Monday.
