the goal

The goal tonight was to be in bed before 10 and asleep by 10:30 AND to not watch TV. I accomplished all of the above, and now, I feel like a rock star.

  1. I think many of my troubles would disappear if I got to bed earlier. Certainly the needfor fourfold of coffee every day would!
